Northern Technical University Organizes a Training Course on Capacity Building and Conflict Management

The Northern Technical University is organizing a course entitled Capacity Building and Conflict Management

Northern Technical University organized a training course entitled “Capacity Building and Conflict Management.”

 

Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of Northern Technical University, the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations / Francophone Corner Unit at the University Presidency organized this five-day course, held from March 23 to March 27, 2026. The course is part of the programs offered by the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF), which the University successfully secured, and was coordinated by the Francophone Corner Unit.

The course was delivered by specialized trainers from the Professional Mediation Center at Saint Joseph University in Beirut, including Lebanese trainer Justine Naeem Abi Saad and trainer Maysa, with the participation of several university staff members from various departments.

The course aimed to develop mediation skills and enhance participants’ capacities in managing conflicts through effective and professional approaches, thereby contributing to strengthening the academic and institutional work environment.
