Under the follow-up of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, the Division of Psychological Guidance and Educational Guidance at the Presidency of the University, in cooperation with the “Aghsan” Foundation for Agricultural Development, organized a training course entitled “Establishing a beehive”, which lasts for a month With the participation of several graduates and employees interested in this topic.
The workshop was attended by Dr. Muhammad Salem Al-Allaf / Agricultural Technical College and Mrs. Hind Amer Al-Obaidi / Master of Entomology (bees).
The training course aims to:
1) Teaching the trainees about the benefits of bee honey and its economic importance.
2) How to take care of the beehive and the most important bee products.
3) Take advantage of beehive products
4) Encouraging the idea of ​​raising beehives and spreading it in the community.
