Northern Technical University Organizes a Scientific Workshop on Risk and Opportunity Management in Accordance with ISO 31000.

Under the patronage of the President of Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance organized a scientific workshop entitled “Risk and Opportunity Management in Accordance with the International Standard ISO 31000”, in cooperation with the Petroleum Training Institute / Kirkuk, and with the participation of a distinguished group of academics and specialists in this field.
The workshop aims to enhance concepts of institutional risk management and to introduce modern methodologies for identifying, analyzing, and evaluating risks and opportunities, in a manner that contributes to improving institutional performance and supporting decision-making in accordance with internationally recognized standards.
This workshop comes as part of Northern Technical University’s ongoing efforts to develop the scientific and practical capacities of its staff and to strengthen partnerships with specialized training institutions, in line with quality assurance requirements and academic accreditation standards.
