Northern Technical University Organizes a Qur’an Recitation Competition.

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of Northern Technical University, the Department of Media and Government Communication organized a Qur’an Recitation Competition for the university’s staff members.

The competition witnessed a large participation from various colleges and departments of the university. After a distinguished display of recitation skills, the results were as follows:
Men’s Category
First Place: Mr. Ammar Mahmoud Thanon – Mosul Engineering Technical College
Second Place: Mr. Diaa Jumaa Hamid – Mosul Polytechnic College
Third Place: Mr. Mohammed Ridha Ismail – University Presidency
Fourth Place: Mr. Ibrahim Basheer Mahmoud – Mosul Polytechnic College
Women’s Category
First Place: Ms. Haneen Mohammed Hameed – University Presidency
Second Place: Ms. Zahraa Riyadh Saleem – University Presidency
