Northern Technical University organizes a course specializing in building women’s leadership capacities…

Under the patronage of Mrs. President of the University, Professor Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the Continuous Education Center, in collaboration with the Women Empowerment Department at the University Presidency, organized the first of a series of courses focusing on developing leadership skills for female staff. The course, titled “Qualities of Women Leaders,” was presented by: Assoc. Prof. Amer Farhan Sheet. The course lasted for three days starting from January 31, 2024, and covered the following topics: understanding the characteristics of women leaders and their effective role in serving society through various factors including personal strength, wisdom, as well as the importance of women’s personal skills in the workplace and their resistance to psychological pressures.
