Northern Technical University Launches Executive Leadership Development Program for Deans of Colleges and Institutes.

Under the patronage and presence of Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of Northern Technical University, the first day of the Executive Leadership Development Program for the deans of NTU’s colleges and institutes commenced today. The program will run for four consecutive days.
In her opening remarks, Dr. Al-Attar emphasized that this initiative aligns with the university’s vision of building academic leadership capable of driving change and achieving institutional excellence.
The first day featured interactive sessions that focused on key themes, including:
The university’s strategic directions and their impact on international rankings
A strategic vision for advancing scientific research
Program accreditation as a tool for continuous improvement and institutional quality assurance
At the conclusion of the first day, Dr. Al-Attar highlighted that this program marks a significant step toward preparing academic leaders and strengthening NTU’s readiness to advance its ambitious strategy both nationally and internationally.
