Northern Technical University hosts the Ministerial Committee for Innovations.

Northern Technical University received today the Ministerial Committee for Innovations, on an official visit aimed at discussing and following up the development of new academic programs that meet labor market requirements and are consistent with approved scientific and ministerial standards.
The committee was received by the University President, Prof. Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the University Assistant President for Academic Affairs, Prof.Dr. Omar Rafae Mahmoud, and a number of academic department directors. An expanded meeting was held at the University Presidency, during which the academic programs proposed by the university’s departments were reviewed. The available capabilities, infrastructure, qualified teaching staff, and the academic departments’ readiness to host these programs were also discussed.
During the visit, the Ministerial Committee emphasized the importance of keeping pace with scientific and technological developments and the need to develop specializations that meet the needs of development and the local and regional labor market. It also praised the efforts made by Northern Technical University.
