Northern Technical University Hosts President of Duhok Polytechnic University and Accompanying Delegation.

Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of Northern Technical University welcomed the President of Duhok Polytechnic University , along with her accompanying delegation, at the NTU Presidency headquarters. The official visit aimed to strengthen academic and scientific collaboration between the two universities. The meeting was also attended by representatives from the University of Technology and Al-Noor University College.
During the meeting, the President warmly welcomed the visiting delegation, emphasizing the importance of exchanging expertise and developing partnerships in research and technology. She highlighted the mutual benefits such collaboration would bring in enhancing academic standards and improving the quality of education offered to students.
The President of Duhok Polytechnic University expressed her appreciation for the warm reception and reiterated her university’s eagerness to foster closer ties through the implementation of joint academic and training programs that support the advancement of higher education in Iraq.
At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties agreed to establish frameworks for cooperation in scientific research, academic exchange visits, and the organization of joint workshops, in line with the latest developments in the technical fields.
Following the meeting, NTU President accompanied her guest on a tour of the university’s newly renovated Technology Incubator Division, which was restored in accordance with international standards as envisioned by Dr. Al-Attar, to align with the world’s leading universities.
