Northern Technical University hosts Nineveh Governor to enhance academic and development cooperation.

President of Northern Technical University, received Nineveh Governor, Abdel -Qader Al -Dakhil on an official visit aimed at enhancing cooperation between the local government and academic institutions, as apart of the efforts made to advance the scientific and service sectors in the province.
In the presence of the Director of Civil Status, Passports and Residence Department and the Director of Nineveh Police, ways to develop educational and professionals programs were discussed, and to enhance the university’s role in supporting development projects and reconstruction.
The governor stressed during the meeting the importance of the role of northern technical university in graduating qualified staff that contribute in building the province, stressing the need for joint cooperation between the two sides to achieve sustainable development. The possibility of providing training opportunities for university students has also been discussed in government institutions, which contributes in enhancing their practical experiences.
For her part,the President of the University welcomed this visit, confirming the university’s readiness to provide scientific and consulting support for projects that contribute to improving infrastructure and public services in Nineveh.
The Governor praised the university’s support for preserving all levels.
This visit comes within the framework of strengthening the partnership between academic and governmental institutions, which contributes to achieving sustainable development and improving the educational and service reality in the province.
