Northern Technical University Hosts Director of Women’s Affairs at Ministry of Higher Education

The Northern Technical University in Mosul had the honor of hosting Dr. Nada Al-Aabdi, Director of the Women’s Affairs Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. During her three-day visit, she was warmly received by the President of the university, Professor Dr. Aliya Abbas Ali Al-Attar.
