Northern Technical University hosts a delegation from al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine

Northern Technical University, represented by its President, Prof. Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, received a delegation from al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine on an official visit aimed at exploring prospects for scientific and cultural cooperation between the two sides.
The delegation was received by the President of the University, who welcomed the distinguished guests and praised the pioneering role played by the al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine in supporting the scientific and research movement in Iraq.
During the meeting, ways to enhance joint cooperation in the fields of training and staff development were discussed, as well as the possibility of holding joint workshops and research programs that serve students and the community.
The delegation also toured a number of the university’s colleges and scientific laboratories and viewed the university’s academic and technical capabilities. They expressed their admiration for the progress achieved in the field of technical education.
At the conclusion of the visit, the delegation thanked the university presidency for the warm welcome and good cooperation, stressing al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine’s keenness to continue communicating and supporting joint scientific projects.
