Northern Technical University Honors Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Supporting University Presidents During the Scientific Conference.

The President of Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Omar Rafea Mahmoud, presented the conference shield to the Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Adnan Ibrahim Abdul Jameeli, the representative of His Excellency the Minister, along with the presidents of the universities supporting the conference.
