Northern Technical University holds a workshop entitled “Learning English: Importance, Researchers, and Basics”

The President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Omar Rafeh Mahmoud, and five divisions and employment, with the participation of the Skills Academy, hosted a workshop entitled:
“Learning English: Importance, Strategies, and Basics”.
The workshop addressed several objectives, most notably:
– Introducing the English language and the importance of learning it in developing technological innovations.
– Reviewing the methods and strategies for mastering different language skills (listening, discrimination, reading, proofreading).
– Explaining some basics of the English language, such as sentence formulation, self-introduction, and writing e-mail in a professional manner.
The workshop aims to enhance the skills of students and graduates in the English language, in order to reach the skills required for achievement, and enable them to acquire the tools that qualify them to succeed effectively in the local and global labor market.
