Northern Technical University Graduate Ranks First in Iraq in Innovation and Excellence Exam.

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, honored Ibrahim Khudhur Zeinel, a graduate of the Medical Laboratory Technologies Department – College of Health and Medical Technologies / Kirkuk, for securing first place at the national level in the Innovation and Excellence Exam and for receiving the Innovation Award.
This accomplishment was made possible through the direct support of Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, President of the Northern Technical University, whose ongoing commitment to nurturing talented individuals played a key role. The achievement was also closely followed and supported by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Yawoz Nooreldin, which enabled the graduate to excel in the competition and outperform his peers from various Iraqi universities.
This achievement reflects the outstanding quality of NTU graduates and highlights the university’s dedication to providing high-quality education aligned with international standards.
