Northern Technical University Extends Bridges of Joint Scientific Cooperation with Tel Afar University.

In its commitment to strengthening academic partnerships and exchanging scientific expertise, the Northern Technical University—represented by its President, Professor Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar—extended bridges of joint scientific cooperation with Tel Afar University. This included the signing of a joint scientific cooperation agreement during an official meeting attended by a number of staff members from both universities. The meeting discussed prospects for cooperation in scientific, academic, and research fields, in a manner that contributes to supporting the educational process, developing joint programs, and serving the community.
