Within the framework of seeking to expand the knowledge base and benefit from scientific expertise with various reputable Iraqi, Arab and international universities, the President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, signed a cooperation and scientific participation agreement with the Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, represented by the President of the University, Professor Dr. Muzaffar Al-Zuhairi, to expand the frameworks Scientific, university and cognitive cooperation and benefiting from scientific expertise between the two parties. After scientific, academic and technical consultations between the two parties, the signing ceremony of the scientific cooperation agreement between the two universities took place at the headquarters of our university in light of a visit by the delegation of the Middle Euphrates University. Following the signing of the agreement, the President of the University indicated, The results of the contacts and discussions, and the scientific and academic cooperation document we have reached today, represent a good beginning for joint work in which the scientific efforts of both parties join forces to exchange scientific and educational experiences and develop human capabilities at all levels.
The common desire between the administrations of the two universities contributed to building an atmosphere of academic understanding, and established the scientific conviction of the importance of having a legal framework that guarantees the construction and establishment of clear paths for scientific and academic work between the two parties to develop and develop the horizons of cooperation and coordination, and to build bridges of cooperation between the two sides with the aim of developing the capabilities of the university and its scientific departments. Through exchanging information and experiences and building specifications and scientific standards that are consistent with scientifically sound standards. The two parties agreed to work jointly to achieve these standards and supervise their implementation, by preparing plans and programs to do so, which will open many theoretical and applied scientific fields that suit the requirements of the principles of university work.
