The Council of the Northern Technical University held its ninth session for the year 2026.

Chaired by the President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the University Council convened its ninth session for 2026, with the full attendance of all council members. The participants discussed the following matters:

* Directives of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
* Directives of the University President.
