Northern Technical University Concludes Leadership Development Program.

For the first time among Iraqi universities, Northern Technical University concludes its leadership development program.
Under the patronage, supervision, and attendance of the University President, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, Northern Technical University concluded its leadership development program for university leaders. This program was held for the first time among Iraqi universities, with the participation of deans of colleges and institutes and a number of administrative and academic leaders.
The four-day program featured a series of lectures and interactive workshops covering topics such as modern university leadership, strategic management, academic marketing, quality management and institutional accreditation, and the role of media in media marketing. It also discussed mechanisms for developing leadership skills to keep pace with the demands of higher education in the face of global digital transformations.
The University President emphasized that organizing this program responds to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s directives to build leaders capable of managing universities with high efficiency, noting that Northern Technical University was the first to launch such pioneering initiatives among Iraqi universities. At the conclusion of the program, certificates of participation were distributed to the academic leaders, amid widespread praise for the experience, which will contribute to establishing a culture of effective leadership and enhancing the quality of technical education in Iraq.
