under the patronage of the President of Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Aliya Abbas Al-Attar. The course was supervised and attended by Professor Dr. Mohammed Yawuz Nooraldin, the Dean of the College of Health and Medical Technology in Kirkuk. The course was conducted by the Continuing Education Center at Northern Technical University in collaboration with the College of Health and Medical Technology in Kirkuk, targeting the staff members of Kirkuk formations. The course took place from May 14, 2023, to May 18, 2023, as part of the government program aimed at enhancing the efficiency of workers in Kirkuk formations at various academic and administrative levels.
The first training course within the pre-designed program covered the administrative aspect, including topics such as strategic planning, organizational structures, the importance of job description, and several lectures related to the administrative domain. The course was attended by a large number of teaching, administrative, and technical staff from Northern Technical University / Kirkuk formations. The course instructors were faculty members from Kirkuk formations who delivered lectures on the topics of the course. The objective of the course was to enhance the functional skills of the employees in the governmental institutions of the university, in a manner that achieves the goals of these institutions and improves their outcomes.
