Northern Technical University and Al-Hilla University Sign a Scientific Cooperation Agreement.

 

Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, has signed a scientific cooperation agreement with Al-Hilla University. The signing took place in the presence of vice presidents and senior officials from both institutions.
The agreement aims to foster collaborative research and scientific programs, promote the exchange of academic expertise and knowledge, and enhance curriculum development efforts. It also includes provisions for organizing joint conferences, workshops, and specialized seminars, contributing to the improvement of technical education outcomes and the development of students’ and researchers’ competencies.
Prof. Dr. Al-Attar highlighted that this partnership represents a significant step toward building strong and sustainable academic relations between public and private universities, aligning with the vision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to strengthen integration, knowledge transfer, and innovation across higher education institutions.

Al-Hilla University expressed its appreciation for this initiative, emphasizing that it will open new avenues for collaboration between the two universities, thereby supporting Iraq’s educational and research advancement.
