The course was presented by:

2. Assistant Lecturer Ozdan Akram Gharib, the lecturer in the department

The course covered:

1. An introduction to Salmonella bacteria, the diseases it causes, and how it spreads, as well as ways to prevent it.

2. Clinical symptoms of typhoid fever and how to diagnose the bacteria that cause the disease and how to prevent it.

The course aimed to:

1. Raise awareness of the dangers of Salmonella bacteria and how it spreads.

2. Identify the diseases it causes and ways to avoid them.

3. Properly wash hands before eating and after using sanitary facilities.

4. Avoid eating poorly cooked meats and unpasteurized dairy products.

The course concluded with several findings, including:

People who maintain a healthy diet and personal hygiene are not susceptible to Salmonella bacteria.

Exposure to sunlight has no relationship with the diseases caused by this bacteria.
