Schools from Nineveh Governorate visited the Sustainable Oasis of the Northern Technical University.

The Sustainable Oasis welcomed delegations of students from Nineveh schools on an educational and awareness-oriented visit aimed at enhancing students’ environmental awareness and introducing them to the sustainability projects implemented by the university.

The visit included an introductory tour of the oasis, where students learned about modern agricultural methods, environmental sustainability projects, as well as the technologies used to preserve natural resources.

Students also participated in a number of interactive activities and awareness workshops that focused on the importance of environmental protection and embedding sustainability concepts in their daily lives.

The organizers emphasized the importance of opening avenues for cooperation between educational institutions, contributing to the development of a conscious generation with environmental awareness that serves society.

This visit comes as part of the Northern Technical University’s efforts to support awareness activities, engage with the community, and reinforce its leading role in environmental sustainability.
