The President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, met with the members of the IELTS Center Committee to discuss everything related to the opening of the Center. Several topics were discussed and some decisions were taken, the most important of which were:
First: Preparing the Mosul and Kirkuk centers – where IELTS will be headquartered – and equipping them with the necessary computers and equipment to conduct the tests.
Second: Form a central committee to follow up on the aforementioned centers.
Third: Choosing experienced and competent people to be the main owners of the centers mentioned above.
Fourth: It was agreed to hold training courses in the English language.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the University President thanked the committee for their serious follow-up and successful proposals.
