Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of the Northern Technical University, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Shahla Abdel-Wahhab Abdel-Qader, Dean of the Technical Institute / Mosul, the Office Management Techniques Department, in cooperation with the Women Empowerment Committee, organized a workshop entitled “White Ocean Strategy, a Contemporary Administrative Orientation”, attended by a number of employees The study came out with several recommendations, the most important of which are:

1. Organizations should develop their response capabilities by enhancing their strategic flexibility.
2. 2. Conduct a continuous survey of the environmental variables that affect its work in order to monitor the most important variables.
3. Providing an information base that can be employed in organizations to meet potential current and future changes.
