Ministerial Committee for Academic Program Initiation Visits the Technical College of Computer Engineering and Artificial Intelligence.

As part of the efforts by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and under the guidance of Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of the Northern Technical University, the Ministerial Committee for Academic Program Initiation visited the Technical College of Computer Engineering and Artificial Intelligence on Tuesday. The visit aimed to conduct a field assessment of the scientific, human, and infrastructural capabilities available at the college.
The committee was received by the Dean of the College along with a group of faculty members. The delegation was presented with detailed briefings on the newly proposed departments, the adopted curricula, and a tour of the laboratories and the specialists who will support the new academic programs.
During the visit, the committee emphasized the importance of ensuring academic quality and aligning with global advancements in the fields of computer engineering and artificial intelligence. This alignment is crucial for preparing qualified technical professionals capable of meeting the demands of the labor market.
At the conclusion of the visit, the committee commended the college’s efforts in enhancing the educational and research environment. They also provided several observations aimed at further strengthening the college’s preparedness to launch the proposed academic programs.
