Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Grants a Letter of Appreciation to the President of the Northern Technical University.

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, His Excellency Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, has awarded a Letter of Appreciation to Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of the Northern Technical University. The accolade comes in recognition of her distinguished scientific contributions and the publication of a research paper that meets the ministry’s standards for promoting high-quality and impactful scientific research.
