Higher Education Fund Board Holds Regular Meeting at Northern Technical University.

The Board of Directors of the Higher Education Fund at Northern Technical University held its regular meeting, chaired by the University President, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar. The meeting was attended by board members, including Prof. Dr. Thanoon Younis Thanoon, Vice President for Administrative Affairs, as well as the directors of relevant departments, including Reconstruction and Projects, Legal Affairs, and the Assistant Director of the Administrative, Financial, and Legal Affairs Department.
The session reviewed the agenda items listed in the minutes of previous fund meetings from various university formations. Necessary decisions were taken accordingly.
The recommendations included providing financial support to several university formations to sustain the educational process and enhance the university’s infrastructure. Additionally, support was allocated to scientific activities across the university’s colleges and institutes, aiming to elevate the university’s academic performance and align it with the advancements seen in leading global institutions, following a thorough review and audit of the submitted financial statements.
President Al-Attar emphasized the importance of optimal resource investment to fulfill the university’s mission and goals, foremost among them delivering high-quality technical education.
