The session came out with the following recommendations:

The necessity of taking vaccinations against the disease, especially the group most vulnerable to infection, such as medical staff, the elderly, and those with chronic diseases such as diabetes.

– Commitment to wearing a mask, as it limits the entry of the virus, but it does not prevent its entry. It does not prevent the mask filter, which has a diameter of about 300 nanometers, while the diameter of the virus is 120 nanometers. Meaning that the filter diameter is about two and a half times larger than the diameter of the virus.

Avoid infection

1. First, stay away from gathering places as much as possible.
2. Second, keep your throat moist by drinking warm water.
3. Third: Anything you touch, wash your hands with soap and water, and do not touch the mouth, nose, and even the eyes until after washing hands.
4. Fourth: Wherever you go, use the Kleenex and do not cough or sneeze in the air
5. Fifth: Avoid unnecessary visits to health centers and hospitals
6. Sixth: Avoid shaking hands and kissing
7. Seventh: Take vitamin C and zinc, and drink adequate amounts of water
