For the Second Consecutive Day, President of Northern Technical University Participates in Leadership and Management Development Program for Public University Presidents in Baghdad.

Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of Northern Technical University, continued her participation in the Leadership and Administrative Skills Development Program for Presidents of Public Universities, held in Baghdad under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The program brought together a number of university presidents from across Iraq.
The program aims to strengthen the leadership and managerial capacities of academic leaders in public universities and to equip them with the latest concepts and skills in modern university administration. This initiative supports the enhancement of institutional performance and the achievement of the strategic goals of higher education in Iraq.
The training included a series of lectures and workshops covering key topics such as strategic leadership, change management, institutional planning, university governance, and data-driven decision-making.
During her participation, Professor Dr. Al-Attar emphasized the importance of such programs in enhancing the efficiency of university leadership. She also commended the Ministry’s efforts in organizing these high-impact initiatives, which align with global advancements in education and academic management.
