Under the auspices of Dr. Aliaa al-Attar, the president of Northern Technical University, and the supervision of Dr Abdul Nasser Kashmola, the Dean of Mosul Technical Institute, The Department of

 Network and Computer Software Techniques held a scientific event called: “Generative Artificial Intelligence.”

The lecture was given by: Professor Dr. Abdul Sattar Mohammed Khader.

The talk covered several important areas related to a really cutting-edge part of AI, which we call “Generative AI.”

The goals of the lecture were to:

• Explain what “transformers” are, since they’re the main building blocks of generative AI systems.
• Point out the different kinds of transformers, why they’re useful, and how they’re being used in all sorts of tech and science fields.

The lecture also highlighted:

• How important it is to have specialized training courses in generative AI.
• Why transformers are a big deal in today’s tech.
• How final-year tech students could actually use transformer tech in their graduation projects.
