Under the patronage of the President of Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the Department of dormitories Affairs organized a civil defense course in Kirkuk, in cooperation with the Civil Defense Directorate in Kirkuk Governorate, which includes methods of treating fires and the necessary procedures to be taken.
