District Commissioner of Al-Dour Visits Northern Technical University.

Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of Northern Technical University, received Mr. Youssef Daoud Abdullah, District Commissioner of Al-Dour, along with his accompanying delegation, which included a number of community leaders and dignitaries from the district.
The delegation expressed their gratitude and appreciation by presenting a bouquet of flowers to the University President, in recognition of her outstanding efforts and continuous support for Al-Dour through the expansion of educational opportunities. This included the establishment of new colleges and departments aimed at supplying the labor market with rare and essential specializations.
During the visit, Mr. Abdullah stated: “What the Al-Dour district has witnessed recently in terms of scientific advancement, and within such a short period, is truly remarkable. We are proud to have such a distinguished female academic leader at the helm of a university whose institutions span across three provinces and which has achieved a qualitative leap at all levels. We, in turn, offer our full support to Her Excellency in all respects, and we pray for continued success and prosperity for this esteemed university.”
