Director of the Technical Research Center Participates in the First Conference on Utilizing the Talents of Scholarship Recipients

Under the patronage and presence of His Excellency Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and within an official delegation led by Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, President of the Northern Technical University,
Asst. Prof. Dr. Abdul Barr Ahmed Noori, Director of the Technical Research Center, participated in the First Conference on Utilizing the Talents of Scholarship Recipients, held on April 15, 2025, and hosted by the University of Baghdad, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The conference witnessed the announcement of the formation of the Alumni Association for Iraqi Scholars in Australia, aiming to strengthen ties between Iraqi scientific talents abroad and academic institutions at home.
