Director of the Scholarships and Cultural Relations Department Visits Northern Technical University.

The Northern Technical University hosted the Director of the Scholarships and Cultural Relations Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Hazem Baqer Mohammed, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen cooperation and coordination between the Ministry and the University.
Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of the Northern Technical University, received Dr. Mohammed during his visit, which aimed to enhance joint action and support institutional collaboration in the fields of scholarships and cultural relations.
During the visit, an extraordinary meeting was held bringing together the Director of the Department and the staff of the Scholarships and Cultural Relations Division at the University Presidency. The meeting discussed mechanisms for developing the work of scholarships and academic fellowships, addressing administrative challenges, and reviewing the applicable regulations and instructions in a manner that supports the academic progress of students and staff members.
The University President affirmed the Northern Technical University’s commitment to adhering to the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and to providing a supportive environment for the success of scholarship programs and cultural relations. She also expressed her appreciation for the visit, highlighting its role in unifying visions and enhancing the quality of institutional performance.
For his part, Dr. Hazem Baqer Mohammed commended the efforts of the University Presidency and the Scholarships Division, stressing the importance of continued direct communication to achieve shared goals and advance academic and administrative work.
