The Department of Electrical Techniques organized a semester entitled Educational Orientation in the Behavior of University Students, delivered by Assistant Professor Shatha Yousif and Technical Trainer Sana’a Saed. It stressed that educational orientation should go hand in hand with educational requirements to increase confidence between the students and the teaching staff members. It recommended fostering communication between lecturers and students by hosting informative seminars all year and describing how students interact with the group, the faculty, and colleagues connected to the specialization. In addition, It’s important to resist being not swayed by the opinions and information shared on social media platforms and
avoiding bad habits, such as smoking and dressing inappropriately in educational institutions.
It also confirmed Fostering a collaborative environment among students and emphasizing the need for each department to designate a representative to communicate with the head of the department or the faculty about any issue relating to the student’s area of interest.
