Northern Technical University launched an initiative to issue a unified national card for the students under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Interior, with the follow-up of the Director of Civil Status, Passports and Residence, Brigadier General Hakam Daham Habu Al-Jawari, and the supervision of the President of Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar.
