Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the Northern Technical University, represented by the Technology Incubator and Ecosystem Division, is working on planting trees to increase green spaces within the Plant Trees initiative, and in cooperation with the Muthabaroun Al-Khair Foundation for Environment and Development. Today, an area of 2 kilometers was planted within the higher education area, with the participation of the Nineveh Environment Directorate and the people of the neighborhood who contributed by providing irrigation and maintenance pipes.
