Conclusion of the Fifth Axis of the Ministerial Program for Developing Human Resources Leadership at Northern Technical University.

Under the patronage of the President of Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Vice President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Omar Rafe’ Mahmoud, and in coordination with the Director of the Continuing Education Center, Assistant Professor Dr. Fawaz Fadhil Ali, the Continuing Education Center commenced on Monday, September 1, 2025, the fifth training axis (Developing Self-Management Skills) within the ministerial program for developing human resources leadership for categories (Department Manager, Department Head, Division Supervisor, Unit Supervisor). This is the final axis of the ministerial program for the year 2025, covering 40% of human resources leadership. The final axis focused on developing personal skills, presentation skills, creative problem-solving, and thinking outside the box.
