Conclusion of the Artificial Intelligence and Modern Technologies Course at the Northern Technical University .

Under the patronage of the President of Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and supervised by the Vice for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Omar Rafaa Mahmood, the Department of Science and Technology Gardens at Northern Technical University concluded the training course titled “Artificial Intelligence and Modern Technologies” today, Wednesday, October 29, 2025. This course was held as part of the Tech Pathways MENA program, supported by Google, MinnaLearn, and the University of Helsinki.

The course lasted for four consecutive days, starting from Sunday, October 26, 2025, and aimed to enhance knowledge of modern technologies and the application of artificial intelligence in developing the research and scientific skills of participants.

The training program included advanced topics on using large language models (LLMs) and mechanisms for working with generative artificial intelligence, in addition to developing practical use cases that contribute to increasing productivity and fostering innovative thinking.

This course aligns with the objectives of the Department of Science and Technology Gardens at Northern Technical University, which focuses on promoting a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, enhancing digital transformation, and creating a developed scientific environment that supports entrepreneurial and research projects while keeping pace with global developments in the fields of artificial intelligence and modern technologies.
