Under the patronage and presence of Professor Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, NTU celebrates its top ten most published researchers, professor title holders, heads of the departments, branch managers, employees, and the creative dean among the deans of university campuses.

The carnival began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by the performance of the Iraqi national anthem. This was succeeded by a speech from the university president, emphasizing the significance of this day in recognition of the contributions made by all the innovators and their limitless support for all the efforts contributing to the university’s service. She invoked blessings and success for everyone.
