Assistant President for Scientific Affairs at the Northern Technical University Receives a Certificate of Participation and Appreciation in the Scientific Research Skills Development Program .

Prof. Dr. Omar Rafi Mahmoud, Assistant President of the Northern Technical University for Scientific Affairs, received a certificate of participation and appreciation among an elite group of 50 Iraqi researchers who took part in the Scientific Research Skills Development Program, organized in collaboration between Clarivate International, the Federation of Arab Scientific Research Councils, and the Egyptian Knowledge Bank.

The program aims to enhance researchers’ abilities in the field of high-quality scientific publishing, improve their proficiency in using global databases, and develop their skills in preparing research according to international standards.
