Anti-Discrimination Policy:

Anti-Harassment Policy:

Our Anti-Harassment Policy is designed to ensure that all members of our university community can work and study in an environment free from harassment of any kind. Harassment includes but is not limited to verbal, written, visual, or physical conduct that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment for individuals or groups based on their protected characteristics.
Harassment can take various forms, such as offensive jokes, slurs, derogatory comments, gestures, or any unwelcome conduct that targets an individual or group. This policy applies to interactions on campus, during university-sponsored events, and online platforms associated with the university.

Reporting and Investigation:


We encourage individuals who have experienced or witnessed discrimination or harassment to report such incidents promptly. Reports can be made to the designated office responsible for handling these matters. Reports can be filed in person, via email, or through an online reporting system, ensuring confidentiality and privacy throughout the investigation process.
Investigations into reported incidents will be conducted promptly and impartially. Appropriate action will be taken based on the investigation’s findings, which may include disciplinary measures, training, or other interventions to prevent future incidents.

 

Educational Programs:

To further promote awareness and understanding of discrimination and harassment issues, the university conducts educational programs, workshops, and training sessions. These initiatives aim to foster a culture of respect, inclusivity, and empathy among all members of the university community.
