As part of ongoing digital transformation efforts at the Northern Technical University, and under the patronage of the President of Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and the supervision of the Dean of the Agricultural Technical College, Prof. Dr. Shihab Ahmed Al-Bajari, the college organized a scientific lecture on launching the new SPS platform for registering scientific and research outputs.

The lecture was delivered by
Asst. Lecturer Mahmood Shaker Mahmood / Scientific Affairs Department, Northern Technical University Presidency.

The session included a detailed presentation on the platform’s mechanisms, the steps required for registering research outputs, and an overview of the key features of the new system and its role in organizing and documenting scientific data within the college. The lecture also witnessed extensive discussions between the presenter and the faculty members, during which several ideas and suggestions were raised to help develop the platform and improve its services.

At the conclusion of the lecture, the importance of adopting the platform was emphasized as a pivotal step toward enhancing digital transformation and facilitating academic documentation procedures. Recommendations were submitted to the university presidency to ensure the continuous development of the system in a way that meets the needs of the academic and research staff.
