Within the reconstruction movement taking place at the Northern Technical University, Agricultural Technical College – Mosul, and under the generous patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, the respected Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Dean of the Agricultural Technical College, the Deanship of the Agricultural Technical College received a delegation from the Northern Technical University and the Human Generation Triangle organization, with the aim of developing And the expansion of the fish hatchery project at the Northern Technical University – Mosul Agricultural Technical College, with funding from the Human Generation Triangle Organization and funding from the French Development Agency. A site visit was also made to the companies applying for the project through the organization and under the supervision of the Dean of the College and the Department of Construction and Projects in the Presidency of the Northern Technical University.
