A student from Northern Technical University among the winners of the Higher Education Reading Award.

Student Marwa Jassim Mohammed from the College of Health and Medical Technologies / Kirkuk, Department of Medical Laboratory Techniques, achieved a distinguished accomplishment by winning the Higher Education Reading Award, ranking among the top 20 student readers in Iraqi universities.
