A New Milestone in Scientific Achievements at Northern Technical University .

Under the patronage of the esteemed President of Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the respected Dean of the Technical Medical Institute – Mosul, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Fadil Haddad, and within the framework of promoting research and scientific activity, Assistant Lecturer Qusay Thaer Mohammed, a faculty member of the Department of Radiological Techniques, in collaboration with researchers from the University of Mosul, successfully registered two new bacterial strains in the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI).

These strains were isolated from polluted water in Mosul and belong to different bacterial species of significant health and environmental importance.

As recognition for this scientific achievement, the researcher received a letter of appreciation from the President of Northern Technical University, supporting his research career and encouraging further contributions.

Significance of the Achievement:
This work represents a qualitative step in documenting bacterial genetic sequences, contributing to the advancement of scientific studies related to public health and environmental research. Moreover, this achievement enhances the status of the Technical Medical Institute and Northern Technical University in international scientific forums, strengthening their distinguished presence in the fields of research and innovation.
