A Distinguished Global Scientific Achievement for the Northern Technical University / Technical Agricultural College – Mosul

In pursuit of firmly establishing Northern Technical University’s position on the international scientific research map, and in line with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to engage with reputable global universities, and under the supervision of the President of Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, with direct follow-up from the Dean of the Technical Agricultural College – Mosul, Prof. Dr. Shihab Ahmed Al-Bajary, a research team from the college has achieved a remarkable scientific accomplishment by publishing an outstanding research paper in one of the most prestigious international journals.

4. Lect. Ziad Amer Mustafa

In collaboration with a group of distinguished professors from Ardakan University – Islamic Republic of Iran, the team succeeded in completing and publishing their research entitled:
“Jasmonic Acid Enhances Pomegranate Drought Tolerance: Insights into Leaf and Fruit Traits”

in Food Science & Nutrition journal, which is ranked in the first quartile (Q1) within Scopus indexing databases, and holds a global impact factor of 3.8 within Clarivate Analytics.
