A Delegation from the Northern Technical University Visits the Nineveh Operations Command.

A delegation from the Northern Technical University conducted an official visit to the Nineveh Operations Command as part of efforts to strengthen cooperation between educational and security institutions in the governorate.

The delegation was headed by the University President, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, accompanied by the University Vice Presidents for Administrative and Scientific Affairs, as well as the Dean of the Technical Institute of Administration in Nineveh. They were received by the Commander of Nineveh Operations, Major General Qutaiba Mowafaq Askar Al-Jubouri, along with several senior officers.

The two sides discussed avenues for mutual cooperation, particularly in educational and training aspects and the exchange of expertise. They also emphasized the vital role of universities in supporting societal and security stability by promoting awareness and fostering a spirit of citizenship.

For his part, the Operations Commander welcomed the visiting delegation and praised the academic role played by the Northern Technical University in serving the community. He also commended the initiative, highlighting it as a reflection of the collaborative spirit between civil institutions.

At the conclusion of the visit, the University President presented a bouquet of flowers to the Major General on the occasion of his appointment as the Commander of Nineveh Operations and extended heartfelt congratulations on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, wishing him continued success in serving the beloved people of Nineveh.
