A delegation from the Kirkuk Governorate Office, represented by the Higher Committee supervising the Spring Festival and the Flower Exhibition,

visited the Technical Institute – Kirkuk today, within the framework of joint coordination between the governorate and educational and cultural institutions. The delegation was received by Prof. Dr. Ashti Mahdi Aref, Dean of the Kirkuk Technical Institute on the morning of Thursday, April 10, 2025, where she welcomed the guests and praised their role in organizing cultural and artistic events that enhance community communication and highlight the aesthetics of spring in the governorate. During the visit, they discussed the importance of cooperation between the NAO and the Institute in exchanging experiences and organizing scientific and technical workshops that serve students and the local community. At the end of the visit, the Supreme Supervising Committee extended an official invitation to the Dean of the Institute, Prof. Dr. Ashti Mahdi Aref, to be the guest of honor at the opening ceremony of the Spring Festival and the Flower Exhibition.

In recognition of the Institute’s position and leading role in the educational and cultural scene in Kirkuk.

Dr. Aashti expressed her thanks and appreciation for this trust, stressing the Institute’s keenness to actively participate in all activities aimed at serving the community and promoting environmental and aesthetic awareness among students and the people of the governorate.
