Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, to open up to government institutions in order to enhance official relations, and based on these directives, a delegation from Al-Hawija Technical Institute, headed by Dr. Omar Khalil Ahmed, the dean of the institute, visited the governor of Kirkuk, Mr. Rakan Saeed Al-Jubouri. Several issues were discussed during the visit, including the governorate’s support for current and future construction projects. At the end of the visit, the dean conveyed the greetings of the university president to the governor for his unlimited support to the university’s formations within Kirkuk governorate.
